About Our Shop

      We were formed in Tokyo in the year 2021 in the midst of a major disease epidemic. Our main idea was to convey to people all over the world how wonderful Japanese food and culture are and how they should be preserved.

      Risa, the director of the company, discovered how wonderful Japan is from a foreign perspective based on her overseas experience as a student. However, Japanese people are still unaware of it. The umami, clothing culture, thank you spirit, and mottainai spirit that exist in Japan today are valuable enough in this fast-changing world.
